Salesman of the year was achieved on a number of occasions and Andrew was promoted and commended by the CEO for helping to gain a contract worth $12M, in addition to winning overseas trips.
Sales targets were achieved regularly (7 times in 8 years for example).
The revenue was $389,000 in 1989 and in 2002 when Andrew left the turnover of the hospital sector was $330M as part of a team of almost the same 4 people over those 13 years.
Andrew was responsible for $130M which was supported by internal company statistics and was the 'go to guy' for training, in recognition of his success.
Andrew then worked as the Sales & Marketing Director for an e pharmaceutical wholesaler for just under 3 years and doubled the turnover from $5.5M to $12M.
A team of business development professionals were also managed by Andrew.
